Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Only physical items (e.g., mugs, journals) are eligible for return.
• Digital products included with your purchase are non-refundable, and a £1–£2 deduction may be applied to cover the digital portion of the order.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  
• You will receive the money within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
