At Rrihlaa Publications, we’re committed to getting your orders to you efficiently and securely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently ship our physical products to:

• United Kingdom (Free shipping)

We hope to expand to more countries in the near future. If you would like buy from us and you live outside the UK, please contact us via email or tik tok and insha'allah we can help.

Processing & Fulfilment Times

Order Processing:
Please note that all orders take a few days to be reviewed and processed before confirmation. Once processed, they then take a few additional days to be prepared before being shipped out.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Fulfilment Time:

• Mugs: 2–3 business days
• Journals and Books: 3–5 business days

Please note: Fulfilment is handled by our trusted third-party partners.

Shipping Details

• UK Orders: Free tracked shipping is included.
• All orders come with tracked shipping for peace of mind.
• Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order is dispatched.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Delays, Lost Parcels, & Investigations

If your order is delayed, we will initiate an investigation with the courier.

In the rare case of a lost parcel, customers may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement item sent at no extra cost

Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., companion downloads for physical items) will be delivered via email.

Access may be provided through Google Classroom, or directly as downloadable files in the future.

Local Delivery or Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or pickup — all orders are shipped using our print and manufacturing partners.
